Last week, I hosted a small dinner party for a couple of friends. I was having trouble of thinking of appetizers serve as some of them were gluten-free or vegetarian. Only 2 hours before the party, I became was trying to come up with an idea of something to make. I searched the internet for recipes, but all of them either required too much effort to make or they didn’t fit the food preferences of my guests. When I found this recipe for these crispy zucchini chips I knew I had to take a chance on them. To my surprise, they were incredibly easy to make and turned out to be delicious as all my guests loved them. I definitely plan on making more for future events and dinners at home as they work well as a side or a snack. Check out the tutorial below to make these crispy healthy zucchini chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Zucchinis
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

Step 1:

Slice the zucchinis evenly.

Step 2:

Place the sliced zucchinis in between two paper towels. Then press down on the top with a baking sheet to remove the moisture.

Step 3:

Transfer all of the zucchini slices on to a baking sheet and then coat with olive oil and salt. Put the soon to be zucchini chips into the oven at 235°F  and bake for 2 hours or until crisp and golden.
