Easy Cheesy Texas Trash Dip

  • 2 cans of fat-free refried beans
  • 8 oz of diced green chiles
  • 1 block of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 to 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • pickled jalapeños for garnish (optional)

 

How to Make Mexican Bean Dip

Step 1:

Start by preheating your oven to 350F.

Step 2:

Start by adding the fat-free refried beans to a mixing bowl, followed by green chiles, sour cream, some sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and taco seasoning. Mix everything until well combined.

Step 3:

Transfer the bean mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Smoothen the top with a spatula.

Step 4:

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture then add pickled jalapeños on top.
