Fabric twine from fabric scraps

Cut some leftover fabric into 1-inch strips. Instead of cutting through the fabric, just cut a slit with your scissors at about an inch and then rip the rest. Take two strips of fabric and tie them together in an overhead knot. Then twist each strip individually and then twist the two strips together. Twist an individual strip and pull it behind the other strip. When you ran out of fabric just take another strip of fabric and roll it with the first piece. Then continue twisting using different colors of fabrics.

You’ll need the 1-inch strips of fabric, dollar tree wooden beads, and embroidery floss. Cut the embroidery floss to the length that you want, take one wooden bead and tie it around. Next, take a strip of fabric and cut it to the length that you want. To attach the strips, fold them in half and place them underneath the embroidery floss and pull the ends of the fabric scraps through the loop you created. In between each fabric scrap, put one wooden bead.
