Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup yogurt
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- powdered sugar
Directions:
Step 1
Wash and peel the apple and grate up to the core. Set it aside. Next, crack one egg in a mixing bowl, and add 2 tbsp sugar. Whisk until combined and sugar is dissolved. After this, add a pinch of salt, the grated apple, and 2/3 cup yogurt. Continue mixing until everything is combined.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1/2 tsp baking powder, then strain it into the apple mixture. Fold in the flour and mix until just combined. Next, heat some cooking oil in a large pan and add 1 tbsp of the batter at a time. Slightly flatten each out and cook them on medium heat. Flip them to the other side once golden brown and continue to cook until done. Sprinkle some powdered sugar after cooking. Serve and enjoy!
