Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for at least 6 minutes. Let your steak sit out for at least 20 minutes, so they come to room temperature.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil to your steak and brush on all sides. Next, add salt and pepper to both sides.
Add A1 sauce to a plate, either the hard or the original will work just fine. Next, add Montreal seasoning to the sauce. Then lay the steak on it, rub it in the sauce and flip it over. Add more of the steak seasoning on top. Make sure to get the sides of the steak wholly coated. You can use a brush to easily cover all sides.
Get the basket of the air fryer. Make sure not to place it on top of your countertop as it is very hot, then spray some olive oil. Don’t use aerosol cans as they can damage the coating. If you don’t have a spray bottle, you can just use a brush to grease the basket. Place the steak into the basket and cook one side at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes. Then flip it over and cook the other side at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes. While the other side is cooking, chop up a little bit of fresh parsley for garnish.
After 7 minutes, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes. This will lock in more flavor and create a succulent piece of meat. While they are resting add a slice of butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
