I’m always on a mission to figure out ways to decorate my home without spending a lot of money. I love crafting, and it’s fun to find new ways to make things look pretty without having to go to a store and spend a lot of money on candles. I’m not sure why candles are so over-priced!
In this great tutorial, you’ll learn how to make decorative candles using napkins and an iron. Yep, that’s all it requires…and the candle, of course!
At first I thought the iron was definitely going to catch the napkin on fire but the wax melts really fast so if you’re careful with your iron there’s no way to mess this up!
I love this idea, and I couldn’t wait to try it – especially with all of the great looking napkins I have been saving up for special occasions…and I’ve got some really beautiful ones.
I had originally seen this on Pinterest and didn’t take the time to check it out, but I ran across this tutorial and had more time to check it out. I’m so glad I did! What a difference a beautiful napkin can make on a plan white candle…it’s unbelievable!
