For some of you, spring is already here, and for others, it’s right around the corner. Whether you look out your window and see new buds on the trees, or piles of snow, spring is officially here! A great start to spring is making some cute and inexpensive DIY spring decor using materials from the dollar store!

I love simple DIYs like this! The attached tutorial shows you 6 great DIY projects, using materials from the Dollar Store. I love how she makes this fabulous vase by using a round metal toilet paper holder, cheap faux leather belts, burlap ribbon, and some artificial flowers. So clever!

There’s something really fresh looking about all of the projects she does in this tutorial. It makes me want to completely change up my decor. She uses earth tones for a clean crisp look and it’s so appealing!

I love the way she uses the sweet little birds and moss in two of her projects. There’s something really special about the 3D effect she creates, giving it a stunning look of nature, placing the nest on top of a beautifully wrapped box and burlap ribbon. She uses a great looking contact paper for the wrapping.

Watch how 4 Quarter Crafts does this in her step by step tutorial…you’re sure to enjoy all of her great home decor projects.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
