I’ve been wanting to make fun pillows in bright colors and fun patterns for a while. I finally had an excuse to and couldn’t wait to share this pillowcase tutorial with you. I’m not much of a seamstress beyond sewing class in school and a few pillow covers and curtains for my home. It looks like it could be complicated but it’s actually pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

This easy pillowcase tutorial is super quick to make as it takes just about half an hour. It’s a great project for the absolute beginners since it doesn’t involve anything complicated, just some straight lines and simple stitches.

These pillowcases can be an awesome gift and make a great addition to your DIY home decor. Also a wonderful way to clean up your fabric scraps stash.
