I’ve always had a thing for Gummy Bears, and I know I’m not the only one that feels this way…only adult that is! I’ve also got a thing for Sour Patch Kids!
Although summer is starting to wind down, but the weather here is certainly not what I would call cool quite yet. I’m still going to the pool! So, I try to keep my sweet intake down so I won’t look too bad in my swimsuit. But that’s not to say I don’t get a sugar craving every once in a while, even if I am trying to eat healthier. While I do love baking the occasional batch of cookies, a sweet treat that cools me off is a more weather-appropriate sugar fix as of late. That’s when gummy bear popsicles come into the picture. These sweets on a stick are healthier than baked goods and are nice and cold. The gummy bears give them a fun, chewy texture, too!
Well, why not turn your favorite treats into a popsicle by adding some Sprite? All you need is a popsicle mold, popsicle sticks, Gummy Bears and Sprite.
Directions:
1. Fill molds about 3/4 of the way full
2. Drop in gummy bears
3. Place popsicle stick into mold
4. Freeze until frozen all the way through
My little granddaughter loves these. Before I made them for her, she always got Gummy Bears when I would take her for ice cream.
It’s very simple for making this Gummy Bear Popsicles and it only takes as long as it does for them to freeze, but make sure they are completely frozen.
What child wouldn’t love a popsicle filled with gummy bears? Of course, I still consider myself a big kid, so I get to partake in these as well! If you want a yummy cold treat these would be great for a sleepover too!
