I don’t eat salmon that frequently but when I do I always make sure to cook only the best and most delicious version of it. They’re pretty easy to incorporate in recipes and they always come out so tasty that you wouldn’t have to worry about messing it up.

For parties or holiday gatherings, one of the best recipes that you can try is this one by Cookist Wow on YouTube which is a pretty easy dish to prepare that you can even make it at the last-minute. It also looks like a wreath which makes it perfect for Christmas!
Step 1
Unroll the puff pastry on your work surface or counter, then place a bowl in the middle pressing it tightly to form a print at the center, and remove it. Cut the dough into 8 pieces as shown in the video, then spread the cream cheese, and arrange the smoked salmon on top.
Step 2
Fold the flaps together at the center as demonstrated in the video, then make sure to press them well, and then add a few more pieces of salmon in the middle.
Step 3
Cut the inner part and fold it inwards, then carefully transfer the puff pastry to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and arrange the green olives and cherry tomatoes on top.
Step 4
Brush it with egg on top, then sprinkle the poppy and sesame seeds, and place it in an oven preheated at 180°C or 360°F. Allow it to bake for about 25 minutes, then serve it on a plate, and cut it into slices. Enjoy!
