Unlike other methods that will require you to purchase a certain product, this handy trick will only need materials or items that you may already have available in your house such as a hair dryer or an iron and a tissue paper depending on which method you prefer more. This works just as well as chemicals and if you do this carefully enough, you may be able to remove a stuck tape on the wall without damaging your paint at all. Watch the video tutorial below to see for yourself.
Method #1
Blow hot air on the top tape for two minutes to try and melt the adhesive making it less stuck to the surface, then slowly peel off the tape, and blow hot air as you go. Don’t try to hurry and make sure to do this slowly and carefully to not damage the wall.
Method #2
Place a tissue paper over the tape, then apply heat using an electric iron, and make sure to set it to cotton or high. Remove the iron, then lift the paper, and slowly peel the tape from the wall. Don’t try to hurry and make sure to do this slowly and carefully to not damage the wall/
