You can still enjoy delicious grilled food even if you don’t own a grill by making this small version that you can just place on your tabletop. It works just as great as your regular grill and can cook hotdogs, chicken, kabobs, and hamburgers just the same, the only disadvantage of this DIY grill is the size, but you can make a slightly larger version of this using a can with the size of your choice.

Step 1
Measure the diameter of the can, then mark dots on the top of the can about 1½ inches wide apart, and measure an inch from the bottom. Connect the dots to the line, then cut the tin into strips along the line, push the strips outward as demonstrated in the video, and set the piece aside.
Step 2
Get a sheet of 18″ wide roll, then fold it in half twice, and fold the corners in as shown in the video. Drop the foil piece in the center of the prepared can, then push it down, and place the BBQ mesh or grill grate on top. Place the charcoals on top of the foil, then light it up, and place the mesh back on top. Enjoy grilling!
