For Glaze:
In the bowl of your stand mixer, add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp dry yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 egg and 1 yolk, and 1 tsp salt. Whisk well. Next, add 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup condensed milk. Whisk all together until combined, then put it on the stand mixer. Add 4 tbsp softened butter and knead until smooth dough. Now, oil a large mixing bowl and transfer the dough. Cover it and let it rest for two to three hours. After resting, punch the air out, then transfer it to your working surface. Divide the dough into three, roll each into a log, then cut each into 12 pieces; for a total of 36 dough balls.
Grease a muffin tray with nonstick cooking spray and place three balls on each cup with the seam side down. Cover them and let them rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, whisk together 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk, then brush it on top of each cloverleaf dough. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. After baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool. While waiting, mix together 3 tbsp softened butter and 3 tbsp condensed milk for the glaze. Brush it on top of each cloverleaf and serve.
