Step 1
Insert the thread through the ring toward your wrist, then push your skin down a bit to allow some space, and hold the end of the thread down with one hand.
Step 2
Grab the other end of the thread with your other hand, then wrap it around your finger tightly a few times until it almost reaches the tip of your finger.
Step 3
Cut the excess thread, then hold that end securely with tape, grab the other end of the thread, and unwrap it as shown in the video.
