This yummy pastry is called kitchen sink cookies because you can make them by bringing together everything that you can find in your kitchen, leftover works, too. They taste so amazing and you can enjoy them with some warm or cold beverage on the side, you can also give them as a gift if you want. Learn how to make this today and give it a try!
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the butter, and whisk it around until melted. Once foamy and a bit brown, pour it into a large heatproof bowl scraping everything even the little brown bits, then beat the butter while adding in the vanilla and sugars, and keep beating until combined and the mixture lightens.
Step 2
Add the eggs and keep beating for another 30 seconds, then add the baking powder, salt, and 1/3 of the flour, and slowly beat while adding the remaining flour in 2 batches until just combined. Add the pretzels, caramel bits, and chocolate chips, then fold in until evenly combined, and then scoop them out into very large balls of dough.
Step 3
Place them on the prepared baking sheet spaced evenly, then top them with more broken pretzel pieces, caramel bits, and chocolate chips, and sprinkle with some salt. Place them in the preheated oven, then let them bake for about 13 minutes or until golden around the edges, and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely, then serve, and enjoy!
