To make this recipe, all you need is cream, crackers, caramel, and mint chocolate. It easily comes together and will only take about 10 minutes to prepare in the kitchen. Once done, place in the fridge until the biscuits are soft. It will take a few hours or overnight.

Grate some of the mint chocolate.
Add 2 cups of cream in a bowl. Whisk until soft peaks form.
Open the caramel treat and give it a stir using a butter knife. Add to the cream and whisk to combine.
Add some of the grated chocolate and fold until well incorporated.
Fill the bottom of a 13.7 x 9 inches baking dish with the biscuits.
Pour half of the mixture and add another layer of the biscuits. Pour the remaining mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
Chop the remaining chocolate and sprinkle on top. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
