A lot of people love chicken and can probably eat them every day if allowed, there are a lot of ways to cook and prepare them, baked, fried, and even grilled! When it comes to chicken you can never go wrong and guaranteed they will come out tasty every time.

But, if you want a healthier option but still delicious at the same time, then you should try this crispy and juicy recipe by Ashley . The Recipe Rebel on YouTube. It’s super easy and quick to make and can be paired with any of your favorite dishes or enjoy them as is.
Step 1
Cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap, then thin them with a rolling pin or meat tenderizer until about ¼ inch thick. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, and black pepper, then in the other bowl, whisk the eggs, and in the final bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and ½ cup of the parmesan cheese.
Step 2
Dip the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess, then coat it with the egg mixture, and dredge in the breadcrumb mixture pressing it down so that the coating sticks well. Do the same for the remaining chicken breasts, then heat a large pan on a stove over medium heat, and add the oil.
Step 3
In the hot oil, add the chicken breasts, then cook them for about 4 minutes or until golden, flip, and cook the other side for another 4 minutes or until evenly golden brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°F. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving plate, then serve, and enjoy!
