Step 1
In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips, then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute until melted, give it a good stir, and heat it again for another 30 seconds. Give it another stir until completely smooth, then let it cool for about 15 to 20 minutes or until room temperature.
Step 2
In another large bowl, add the Cool Whip and cooled melted chocolate, then gently fold them together until completely combined, and pour it into an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper spreading it evenly. Put in the refrigerator and freeze it for about 30 minutes, then cut it into 36 squares, and transfer the squares to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Put it back in the freezer and let it sit for another 30 minutes, then melt the chocolate wafers according to the package instructions, and dip the frozen chocolate squares until completely covered. Put them back on the parchment paper, then let them harden, and store them in the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
