For some reason, I always thought that making desserts would be so complicated, but I have also always wanted to try. So, when I found out that there are desserts that are easy to make, I was so surprised and super excited at the same time! My favorite is truffles, they are so delicious, but most of all, they don’t require any baking at all, and often they are only made up of 5 ingredients.

Step 1
Place the cookies in a food processor, then process them until fine crumbs, and reserve 2 tablespoons for later. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and vanilla extract, then beat them over medium speed until smooth and creamy, and pour in the cookie crumbs.

Step 2
Fold everything until combined and uniform, then scoop some of the mixture, and roll it into a smooth ball. Put the cookie ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then do the same to the rest of the cookie mixture, and space them evenly in a single layer.
Step 3
Place them in the freezer, then let them freeze for about 15 minutes, and dip them in melted white or dark chocolate. Place them back on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then drizzle them with the remaining melted chocolate, and sprinkle them with the reserved cookie crumbs on top. Serve and enjoy!
