How to Get Rid of a Bad Smell in a Water Bottle

Step 1:

Fill your water bottle with regular tap water.

Step 2:

Get one denture-cleaning tablet and place it inside the water bottle. Break it a little bit if you need to.

Step 3:

Give it a shake and let it dissolve. Set it aside and wait for 5 to 15 minutes.

Step 4:

After a few minutes, remove the water and rinse it a couple of times, then let it air dry. Initially, it may have a slight hint of the minty flavor, but that goes away fast.
