Step 2
If your blanket has some grease or food stains, you need to take care of them first before washing it using a gentle detergent, and make sure to avoid using bleach and fabric softeners as they can damage the fleece fibers.
Step 3
To wash the fleece blanket, pour some water into the washing machine, then add about 4 to 5 tablespoons of any detergent, and let it work for a few minutes. Place a single fleece blanket in the machine with no other items to avoid overloading, then run it for 30 minutes, and rinse it with water before letting the blanket dry in the air.

Step 5
Give them a good mix, then put the fleece blanket in the water, and soak it in nicely. Wash the blanket, then rinse it with clean water, and let it air dry. To keep it fluffy, store it in a dry place and avoid folding it tightly.
