This DIY snow globe from Super Idea is so cute; you can’t help but make one for yourself. I’m a big DIYer, and every holiday season, I always make DIY decor with my friends and family. This year, I recommended this adorable snow globe I found on YouTube to be included in our DIY activities. Everyone loves it as it doesn’t only look cute, but the materials are easy as well.

This DIY is the perfect project to recycle your old plastic bottles and to use those small Christmas decorations you won’t need anymore. Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step by step instructions.
Cut off the bottle and discard the bottom part. Next, remove the neck part where the lid is. After this, heat the raw edges of the bottle with an iron to make them dull. Then, trace the bottle on a cardboard and cut this shape out. Once done, attach a silver paper on top using double-sided tape. Wrap the excess paper to the bottom and secure it with hot glue. Now, start adding your decoration pieces to the silver circle board. You can add a Christmas-themed house in the center, then add pine trees and pinecones around.

Once you’re happy with your design, put the plastic bottle to enclose them, then glue twine all around the edges. Add some artificial snow inside the dome, then cover the hole with a small cardboard covered with silver paper as well. Finish it off by adding some decorations on the top using some faux Christmas tree branches, ribbons, and ornaments.
