Ingredients for Gluten-Free Stuffing:

  • 1 (14-ounce) loaf of gluten-free sandwich bread, cut into medium-sized cubes
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of celery, diced
  • ½ tsp of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of gluten-free chicken broth
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1 tbsp of thyme
  • 1 tbsp of sage
  • 1 tsp of rosemary

How to Make Gluten-Free Stuffing:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a 2.5-quart casserole dish with gluten-free cooking spray, and set it aside. Cut the gluten-free sandwich bread into medium-sized pieces cubes and set them aside, then place a medium skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Add the celery and minced garlic, then saute them for about 6 to 8 minutes, and turn off the heat. In a small bowl, mix the salt, onion powder, thyme, sage, and rosemary, then place the bread cubes in a large bowl, and pour in the seasoning blend.

Step 3

Add the whisked eggs, then give them a good stir to combine, and then add in the sauteed celery and garlic. Continue to stir until incorporated, then pour in the gluten-free chicken broth, and gently mix them until the bread cubes are evenly moist.

Step 4

Transfer the stuffing mixture to the prepared casserole dish, then spread it evenly, and place it in the middle rack of a preheated oven. Allow it to bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and lightly crisp. Serve and enjoy!
