Directions:

Method #1: Spoon

Grab a sturdy spoon, then hold it firmly upside down so that the tip of the handle is pointed on the inner edge of the can, and start rubbing the spoon in one place applying enough pressure to pierce a hole. Flip the spoon over and continue cutting the lid open with the spoon itself as shown in the video. Do this method carefully because you can easily cut your palms open.

Method #2: Knife

Hold the knife right side up with the sharp tip pointing down the inner edge of the can, then while holding the handle tightly, pound your hand with your palm until you’ve pierced a hole through. Make another hole right next to it, then keep piercing holes around the edges, and carefully cut the sides connecting the holes as shown in the video until fully open.
