How to Put a Duvet Cover on Easily in 5 Minutes

Just like me, you must have also struggled to put your duvet cover on, and might have taken you more time and energy than you intended. But that was before I learned this “Burrito” method that easily does the trick in as fast as 5 minutes or less! Learn this genius trick now with the help of this video tutorial by Life Of LeAnna Rose on YouTube.
What you’ll need:
- Duvet
- Duvet cover
- Safety pins

First, flip the duvet cover inside out with the front or patterned side facing down and the opening toward the headboard, then lay the duvet on top of the cover, and make sure that the edges are nicely lined up. Tie the duvet the cover to the corners of the duvet, then place a safety pin on each corner, and tie the cover to it as shown in the video. Start rolling over the duvet and the cover together like a burrito starting at the foot of the bed, then continue to roll it up until you reach the side near the headboard where the opening of the cover is. At this point your duvet will still end up looking like a burrito, the next step you have to do is to pull the opening of the cover over the whole duvet burrito to turn it right side out on both sides as demonstrated in the video. Now, unroll the duvet and cover back down on the bed, then close and secure the opening, and you’re done!
