I love lattice designs and I always incorporate them in whatever project that I can, which is why I got so excited when I saw this quilt pattern by Carol Thelen on YouTube. It looks so pretty and I can already think of a lot of print fabrics that I want to use with it, plus, the instructions are very clear, and the steps are already made easy to follow, especially for beginners. Go ahead and watch the video tutorial to see for yourself and then give this project a try this weekend.
Step 1
Cut the fabric to size depending on the finished size of the block that you choose, then take 2 patch B triangles of different colors, and lay them together with their right sides facing and 3 sides matching.

Step 2
Stitch them together with ¼ inch seam allowance and press the seams open, then repeat the same steps with the remaining patch B triangles making sure to match the colors that are required in the diagram.
Step 3
Look at the diagram and start laying the pieces out row by row, then continue assembling the block until you’ve completed the pattern. Start stitching the pieces one at a time per row, then sew the rows to each other, and make sure the press the seams as you go.
