Get one of the 4.7 inches squares and fold it in half diagonally twice. Draw a curve to make a petal. Cut it out. Fold the remaining sheets and trace the first one to make similar shapes.
Get one of the flowers. Open the first fold and cut slightly in between the petals. Remove one of the petals. Repeat for the second one but remove two petals (cut it as a group). For the third one, remove three and four for the last one.
Curve the end of the petals and glue the ends together of each piece to make the flowers. Do the same for the petals you removed.
Cut a small piece of round paper and glue it on the center of the biggest flower. Glue the flowers together from biggest to smallest. Make sure you rotate each layer. Make 8 more for a total of 9.
Get one of the 2.16 by 1.6 inches of paper and fold it in half. Draw half of the butterfly and cut. Repeat for the remaining 23 sheets. Make plenty of small circles from the remaining sheets of the same size.
Get one of the 2.36″ square papers and fold it in half. Cut it into a pointed leaf. Fold it in an accordion fold. Repeat to make 12 pieces.
Glue a string on the center of two butterflies, then three pairs of circles on the top of the string. Open the butterfly. Repeat with the remaining butterflies but make them in different lengths.
Get the cardboard and mark it at every 1.96 inches. Staple the ends together. Glue the strings on the marks.
Glue the leaves on the cardboard, then add the flowers.
Glue a string on the center for the hook.
