I have been looking for decor for the blank wall in my kitchen. Originally, I wanted to hang a painting, but I found this beautiful DIY Dollar Tree 3-basket hanging shelf decor by She So CraftDee on Youtube. I decided to make this instead as it’s useful. I can put lightweight items like towels, placemats, and tissue on the baskets. Watch the video below for detailed instructions.

Separate the two colors from the tumbling blocks. Glue the white blocks in pairs.
Measure 4.5 inches from the top of the wall sign and mark it on the edge. From that point, measure 7.5 inches and mark it again. Lastly, from the last point, measure 7 inches and mark it.
Place the basket on the mark and trace the top and bottom. Repeat for the other two.
Glue 3 pairs of blocks on each bottom line using wood glue.
Drill two holes on each of the top lines. Make sure they are aligned.
Paint the wall sign with white paint. Draw vertical lines and brush the sign with the pavement color to make it look like old white wood.
Insert twine into the holes of the old handle and tie them into a knot. Make sure to secure it properly so it can carry the load of the things inside the basket. You can also drill the wood into your wall.
Put the three baskets in the drilled holes using zip ties. Cut excess zip ties at the back.
Straighten the ends of utility hooks and fold the end. Screw it in place.
