Sponge Cleaning Hack To Keep Your Pan Sparkling Clean

If you love homecooked meals like me, then you must have experienced having your frying pan all sticky and dirty no matter how much you scrub or wash it. Cooking in a clean pan makes a lot of difference with whatever dish or meal you are preparing. Lucky enough, I found this genius cleaning hack by Andrea Jean Cleaning on YouTube! What I love about this is the fact that it uses common materials that you can find around your house, and if it’s not available, you can easily purchase it. Materials:
- A small plastic bowl or container
- Gloves
- Sponge
- Baking soda
- Vinegar
- Rag and towel
Directions:
Step 1
Grab a small plastic bowl or container then start mixing together some baking soda and vinegar, start with a small amount first, then add more until it has reached the desired consistency. Lay a towel on your work surface, then place the sticky pan on top as well as the vinegar and baking soda mixture. Wear a pair of gloves, then grab a sponge, and start cleaning your pan.

Step 2
Simply dip the sponge on the cleaning mixture, then apply it all around the inside of the pan, especially on the sticky areas, and scrub the rim or ridge of the pan well. Leave it on for a few minutes after making sure that you’ve scrubbed every part nicely, then rinse it with clean water, and let it dry. You’ll see that your pan is now shinier and sparkling clean!
