Cut the plastic bottle in half using a cutter. Get a piece of felt paper, put hot glue, and wrap it around the plastic bottle. Glue the excess felt paper on top to the inside of the plastic bottle. Make four pieces of this. Next, get cardboard in the shape of the supposed arrangement of the bottles (see picture below.) Put hot glue around the edges and attached it to a piece of felt paper. (Attach felt paper on both sides of the cardboard.) Cut the excess felt paper. After this, glue the plastic bottles on the cardboard. Make sure to also glue the bottles together. Glue some lace on the bottom where the cardboard edge is noticeable.

Next, attach a wire using pliers to the organizer that will serve as the handle. Before attaching the wire to the other side, put some faux pearls through it. Put some lace on the top edges for added design. You can also attach some faux flowers to it, really depends on how you would like to design it. After designing it, your plastic bottle pen holder is now finished!
