Every person who does and loves crafting has surely experienced or encountered surfaces or other kinds of stuff with tape or glue residue. I myself does a lot of DIY projects and I usually see this in old candle jars, sometimes even in my workspace. Some of it can be removed easily but there are some that have been stuck for a long time that it has become really tough to remove, I tried washing and scrubbing them off, and eventually, I do succeed in cleaning them. So, whenever I see tape residue I immediately feel the hassle it will give me, not until I saw this really helpful and genius trick by coachcashmoney on YouTube! Apply GermX sanitizer generously to the area where the gunk or leftover glue is, grab a small card or any hard materials similar to it, then use it to spread the sanitizer evenly on the affected areas. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes, then after a few minutes, apply more sanitizer. Use the same card and start scraping off the tape or glue residue by applying light pressure. Once you’re done scraping all the gunk off and you’re contented with the result, get an old cloth, rag, or tissue, then wipe it clean. If there is still remaining glue along the surface, then repeat the process until completely clear.
