Valentine’s Day is a special event to express your affection to a loved one, usually, flower bouquets are presented or gifted to that someone. However, flowers can only last for a while in the vase and will eventually wither. So why not make it different this year and instead make a semi-edible bouquet? You’ll only need a few materials and choose a specific theme of bouquet you’d like to work on or make all of them and sell them. If you’re ready, then let Pipe It via YouTube show us how it’s done!
Preparing the mug and the ingredients
Get either a wet or dry floral block (polystyrene foam can be used too), flip your mug upside down and press the rim onto the block, then slice the foam around the round mark, and insert the round foam inside the mug. Melt the chocolate in a microwave at 84°F (29°C), stir the chocolate thoroughly during this process (melt more as you need). Wash and dry the strawberries before using them, then get a short wooden stick or cut a long skewer shorter, insert them in the center top (right in the middle of the leaves) of each strawberry, keep them chilled in the fridge.

Mini Teal Bouquet
Transfer about a cup of the melted chocolate to a smaller mixing bowl or cup, add about a teaspoon of green and blue food coloring, and mix until well combined. Get a batch of chilled strawberries and divide them into two portions. Dip half of the strawberries in the teal-colored chocolate, then the other half on a plain white melted chocolate (hold the leaves and keep them out of the way while dipping). Get a floral block and cover it with plastic, insert the other coated strawberries while working on the others to avoid ruining them. Cover the teal-coated strawberries with sprinkles and insert them back on the foam, then get a teal edible luster and brush them onto the white-coated strawberries (use large soft brushes but makeup brushes work best). Drizzle the teal brushed strawberries with melted white chocolate (scoop with a spatula then make a quick sideways motion over the strawberry to create the drizzle). Insert them back on the floral block every time you are done working on them.
Mini Pearl Bouquet
Dip all of the strawberries in plain white melted chocolate (hold the leaves and keep them out of the way while dipping), then insert them on a floral block. Get creative with the sprinkles and mix the sprinkles you want to come up with something unique. Cover half of the white-coated strawberries with the sprinkles mix, then brush and coat the other half with white edible luster and drizzle them with melted white chocolate (scoop with a spatula then make a quick sideways motion over the strawberry to create the drizzle). Insert them back on the floral block every time you are done working on them.
Mini Pink Bouquet
Dip all of the strawberries in plain white melted chocolate (hold the leaves and keep them out of the way while dipping), then insert them on a floral block. If you don’t have a pink-colored sprinkle, simply mix them with pink edible luster and use them. Cover half of the white-coated strawberries with the colored sprinkles, then brush and coat the other half with pink edible luster and drizzle them with melted white chocolate (scoop with a spatula then make a quick sideways motion over the strawberry to create the drizzle). Insert them back on the floral block every time you are done working on them.
Assembling the Bouquet
Start inserting the strawberry sticks onto each mug by color, inserting them in a slanted manner to make a wide bouquet, the size of the strawberries determines how much would fit per mug. Cut about 8 to 10 squares of tulle, fold them in half then insert to the gaps and spaces on the mug. Use the blunt end of the stick or skewer to poke the tulle into the block. Do the same process with other bouquets.
