Directions:
Step 1
Clean your plastic bottle then remove all the labels. Cut the top part and set it aside, then heat the top edges of the bottom piece with an iron. Place the top part of the container on top of cardboard then trace the diameter of its opening. Cut the pattern and make a 3cm wide strip from the cardboard as well. Wrap the strip around the side of the pattern and secure it with glue. Wrap around the strip with masking tape, then make notches at the top excess and fold them inward. This will now be the container’s lid.

Step 2
Mix equal parts of wood glue and water then brush them onto the body of the container, place a single sheet of ordinary tissue paper then brush wood glue mixture over it. Repeat the process until all parts of the container’s body are covered. Do this process with the lid too. Get the patterned tissue paper ready, then brush a multi-varnish on the container’s body, place the tissue paper nicely, and top it with another layer of multi-varnish, continue until all parts of the container’s body are covered.
Step 3
Paint the lid with a color that matches the pattern attached to the body of the container. Then, combine a texture paste with acrylic paint. Using a plastic stencil, spread the texture paint mixture over it and onto the lid. Let it completely dry before finishing with a clear varnish spray.
