Materials:

  • 6″ embroidery hoop
  • 16 pcs. popsicle sticks
  • fabric lace
  • 10 pcs. wooden beads
  • hot glue

Directions:

Step 1

Take your embroidery hoop and separate it, then glue down the popsicle sticks inside the hoop using hot glue. Once you finished it, fix the second layer of the hoop on top. Secure it with hot glue also.

Step 2

Now, take your lace fabric and glue it on the top part. To decorate the lower part, take some wooden beads and fix each in your desired place. You can also place them at the bottom to act as a stand for the candle holder.
