Upcycling is one of my favorite ways to approach doing DIY. There are literally so many things we can make from ordinary items that are usually discarded in the trash. When I found this awesome video tutorial by Blossom on YouTube, I saw so many things I needed to make. Not only are these really cool projects, but they help with recycling things around the house, which I love to do. In the video compilation tutorial, you will learn so many ideas such as how to use a plastic bag to ripen bananas evenly, how to make a candle out of bacon drippings with cinnamon and cloves, how to make a wall-mounted toothbrush holder out of a Tropicana orange juice cap, and so many more.
I really loved this cool idea explaining how to make faux succulents using pistachio shells and a hot glue gun.
There was even a cool idea to make a decorative succulent rack out of Kronig coffee plastic containers!
