Some people have a hard time staying motivated at the gym, especially with Coronavirus. Also, there are people who aren’t trained or know what to do at the gym. There are 11 full-body workouts in this video to follow along with for 11 minutes and complete. Sabine Lisicki is a German tennis pro player, and I love how she crushes through these workouts. She does the workouts back to back for 2 sets. I love watching workout videos because it gets me more motivated and not lazy. There are many days where I want to skip the gym, so I do watch workout videos. Also, full body at-home workouts are so effective. I think it’s easier to get a quick sweat if you don’t have a lot of time. I hate wasting time at the gym, and if I’m on a tight schedule, these workouts come in handy.

These 11 full-body workouts are killers and will get your heart rate up. I’m going to bookmark this so I can try it out when I’m feeling too lazy to go to the gym. Also, these are a beginner to intermediate workouts. You can modify any workouts if needed. It might be hard to keep up if you’re not used to the intensity, so if you need to take a breathe in between the workouts then that’s okay too. Plus, you can do these workouts anywhere, whether it’s at the park, gym, or home.  I love high-intensity interval training because it keeps cardio more interesting. I’m not the type of person who will jump on the treadmill or elliptical for an hour. Overall, these workouts are great to incorporate in my weekly cardio day.
