10 Life Hacks That Make Life So Much Easier

These 10 life hacks by Andrea Jean Cleaning have definitely made my life so much easier! They are game changers. Sometimes all you really need to do is be creative or read the packaging. You’ll never know what you’ll learn when you do.
1 – Zipper helper
Tie a string on the end of a paperclip and insert the metal into the hole in the zipper on the dress. Once you are wearing your dress, take the long string from your back with your hand, and flip it over your shoulder. Pull the dress down with your other hand and pull the string to close the zipper.
2 – So fresh and so clean
Get a shower ring, coffee filters, rubber bands, scent beads, and baking soda. Add baking soda and scents beads to the coffee filter and tie it up with a rubber band. Loop the shower ring into the band and hang it anywhere to make any storage space smell amazing. You can also put it in your garbage disposal and run it with hot water.
3 – Gentle yet effective
Place your microfibers in your faucet and fill them with warm water. Add baby shampoo, and mix it just like a washing machine. Rinse them with warm water again. Place them in the dryer and let them air dry outside if it’s warm. You can also use baby shampoo to clean your pieces of jewelry.
4 – Happy hair
To avoid pulling your kid’s hair while removing their bands, use a ponny pick.
5 – Pod-tastic
You can put it in your garbage disposal or toilet tank, but make sure to agitate it first, grab the casing, and not just throw it in. This will make your toilet and garbage disposal smell fresh and clean.

6 – All about that base
Use the baseboard buddy to clean your baseboards! It rotates and you can make the handle smaller or longer.
7 – Stinky no more
Use pure cornstarch and put it in your rubber gloves. This will keep your hands from smelling like rubber! You can also use it for your sheets. Just sprinkle a little bit on your sheet to absorb moisture.
8 – Rule the dryer
Get a ruler, rubber band, and microfiber. Wrap the microfiber to one of the ends of the ruler and secure it with a rubber band. Use it to remove lint from your dryer.
9 – It really works
Store your phone in a ziplock bag when you are baking or cleaning to keep it clean and away from flour or dirt.
10 – Read the fine print
Grab a pack of your favorite oatmeal, open it, and put it in your bowl. When you look at the package, there might be a microwave fill line, so you don’t need to measure your milk.
