Quick Steps
- Cut: Cut 20 toilet paper circles using the bottom of the cup as a template.
- Color: Draw lines on the circles with markers, spray lightly with water to blend the ink, and let dry.
- Layer: Glue the circles one by one around the rim of the upside-down cup, overlapping them to form petals.
- Finish: Glue a final circle onto the bottom to close the flower, then slide the rose off the cup.
