Quick Steps
- Cut a 4-inch circle from pink craft foam. Make 6 cuts from the edge toward the center (not all the way). Curve each section into petal shapes and curl slightly with an iron.
- Fold a small piece of yellow craft foam, glue the edges, cut a thin fringe, then roll and glue.
