3-Ingredient Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

This 3-ingredient strawberry banana ice cream is definitely one of my favorite desserts that I have made so far this year. I love eating ice cream, and no matter what I do, I can’t resist it, even if I am on a diet. It is just so comforting and delicious. I know it’s not healthy to eat ice cream all the time because of the amount of sugar it contains. That’s why whenever I crave it, I make this recipe by SimpleCookingChannel at home. It is incredibly easy to prepare. The only hard part is waiting for it to freeze for a few minutes.

This homemade ice cream recipe uses fresh ingredients, and you have an option to remove the sugar if you want to. Fruits also contain sugar, but unlike processed sugar, they contain other nutrients, which is why they are healthier. To make this ice cream at home, all you need are bananas and strawberries. Homemade Strawberry Banana Ice Cream Ingredients

• 3 to 4 frozen bananas
• 3 cups of frozen strawberries
• 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)

How to Make Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Step 1:

Cut the bananas into small pieces.

Step 2:

Add the sliced bananas in a blender, followed by 3 cups of frozen strawberries, and 2 tablespoon of sugar. The sugar is optional.

Step 3:

Pulse for about 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Once smooth, transfer to a freezer safe container and place in the freezer for about 45 minutes.

Step 4:

Serve and enjoy!
