Our family loves dishes cooked on and sometimes served on a skillet pan, it just looks tastier that way. Ever since I bought and started using them, I’ve been serving a lot of skillet recipes and so far, none of us are getting tired of it and I don’t think we will anytime soon. We used to get tired of eating the same dishes over and over again, but now I can try more meals which I often found online, just like this one by my favorite YouTuber Ray Mack’s Kitchen and Grill.
Black Pepper Sauce
Step 1
Wash and clean the pork chops well, then pat dry. Place them in a tray and start seasoning with salt, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning. Add a few drops of olive oil then rub it as well as the seasonings onto the meat. Do this on the back of the pork chops too, so that both sides are seasoned. Place the cast iron skillet on a stove at medium-high heat, pour some olive oil on it, and start cooking the pork chops and onions together. Once the onions turned brown, remove them from the skillet, then cover it with a lid and continue cooking the pork chops until both sides are brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet once done and set aside.

Step 2
Prepare the sauce by placing a smaller skillet on the stove. Add and melt the butter, then put the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, ground black peppercorn, whipping cream, and chicken base. Let it cook over medium-high heat while stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Serve the pork chops with the onions, your favorite side dish, and pair it with the sauce or drizzle it over the pork chops.
