Ingredients:

  • 2 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, cut into 1/4″ rounds
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 cup of water

Directions:

Step 1

To start, cut your potatoes into bite-size pieces and transfer them to your slow cooker. After this, season them with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder, then add 1 cup of water. Next, slice your sausages into 1/4″ rounds, and dice a medium white onion. Dump them in the crockpot together with the potatoes.

Step 2

Once done, put the lid on, set it for six hours, and cook on low. After cooking, transfer it to a serving plate and serve.
