Ingredients:

• 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 oz taco seasoning (two 1 oz packets)
• 24 oz jar of salsa, divided

Directions:

Step 1

Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and sprinkle two packets of taco seasoning. Then, add half of a large jar of salsa. Cover the slow cooker with its lid, set it on high, and cook for four hours (or on low for eight hours.) After cooking, remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred them using two forks. Remove the sauce from the slow cooker, then add the shredded chicken back.

Step 2

Pour the remaining salsa and the sauce from cooking over and mix well. Serve with some fresh avocado slices and chopped parsley. Share and Enjoy!
