Ingredients:

  • 4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 oz (1 packet) ranch packet
  • .87 oz (1 packet) brown gravy packet
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)
  • 10 or more pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

Directions:

Step 1

Place your chuck roast in your slow cooker, then add 1 packet of ranch dressing mix, 1 packet of brown gravy mix, ten pieces (or more) pepperoncini peppers, 1/4 cup of pepperoncini juice, and 1/2 cup butter.
