Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 lb – 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 10 – 12 oz broccolini
  • 0.6 oz packet of Italian salad seasoning mix
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 large lemon, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions:

Step 1

To start; add the broccolini to one side of the crock pot and the baby potatoes to the other side. Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the crock pot as well. Now, combine one stick of melted butter and four cloves of minced garlic in a bowl, then pour this all over everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Next, sprinkle one packet of Italian salad seasoning mix, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, and some more cracked black pepper. Finally, add slices of one large lemon on top. Cove the crock pot with its lid, set it to high, and cook for four hours.
