Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper flakes
  • 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of chicken broth or water

Instructions:

Step 1:

Using a sharp knife, slice the chicken breasts in the middle. Next, get a meat tenderizer or rolling pin to flatten the chicken. You can cut the chicken to bite size if you want. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the chicken breasts and spread using your hands. Then sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2:

Put the seasoned chickens into a bowl of flour and do a light coat. You should not overdo it, as you don’t want the breading to be heavy. Once all of them are done, set them aside.

Step 3:

Put 2 tablespoons of butter on a pan and let it melt. Once melted, place the chicken breast and don’t move it. Then cook for 5 minutes per side. After it’s done, set it aside.

Step 4:

Using the same skillet, add the rest of the butter and garlic. Cook until golden brown. Lower the heat of the stove to medium. Then put dry pepper flakes, honey, oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken broth into the pan. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:

Place the chicken into the sauce. Then add fresh parsley. Cook until the sauce thickens. After that, turn off the heat and serve!
