Snow cones were always messy eating as a kid, and I think about how it was just drinking sugary simple from shaved ice. This snow cone recipe by Tipsy Bartender takes a twist in adult style. It’s always fun to take something nostalgia and a great summer treat. Also, in this tutorial, there is a squeeze bottle with brandy-infused syrup to squeeze on top like a traditional snow cone. Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. (60ml) Brandy
  • Red Wine
  • Frozen Berries
  • Simple Syrup
  • fresh strawberries (optional for garnish)

Directions:

First, add your choice of red wine into an ice cube tray and freeze. Blend the frozen wine cubes and frozen berries in a blender until the consistency resembles shaved ice.
