My family loves tacos, although we don’t always have them on taco Tuesday. Any day of the week is perfect for tacos, and it is so easy to go through the motions of quickly preparing a dish that you have made so many times to have dinner on the table in time. This taco recipe has a little bit of a new twist though, instead of the ordinary taco shells that are usually used, this recipe has puffy shells that are really simple to make.

Ingredients For Puffy Tacos Recipe:

For The Puffy Taco Shells:

• 2 cups of instant corn flour (for masa)
• 3/4 teaspoon of fine salt
• 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water

For The Taco Meat:

• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1 tablespoon of chili powder
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon of dried minced onion
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

For The Taco Topping:

• Chopped tomato
• Chopped lettuce
• Grated cheddar cheese
• Sour cream
