Start by boiling your eggs.
Once the eggs are cooked, remove the shell and slice it in half. Remove the yolks and add them to a food processor. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mayo. Mix until well combined.
In a pan over heat, add the breakfast sausage and cook until browned. Mix a couple of spoonfuls into the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag, then cut off a corner. Squeeze the filling into the egg whites.
