Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sweet gherkin pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash of tabasco sauce, optional
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Bacon bits, optional

Directions:

Step 1

The first thing that you have to do is to boil the eggs. Simply put the eggs in a large saucepan, then pour in the water until completely covered, and bring them to a boil over high heat for about a minute. After a minute, cover the saucepan with the lid, then remove it from heat, and allow it to sit for about 17 minutes before draining off the water and transferring the eggs to an ice bath. After giving the eggs an ice bath, start peeling off their shells, then set them aside.

Step 2

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, then scoop out the yolks, and place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the mayo, butter, mustards, pickle juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce, then using a fork, mash them all together until well combined and uniform. You can either scoop them out with a spoon or transfer the filling in a Ziploc bag, then pipe them onto each egg white. Sprinkle some paprika and bacon over them, then serve, and enjoy!
